abstract | The invention discloses a tin plating technology of a VCM motor coil. The technology comprises the following steps of (1), selecting low temperature tin, putting the tin in a tin molten pool and heating so that the low temperature tin in the tin pool reaches a molten state; (2) through a winding technology of the VCM motor coil, winding a starting thread end of the VCM motor coil and a finished thread end to a LCP wire column; (3) and then soaking the LCP wire column winded with the VCM motor coil in the tin pool, and carrying out soaking and tin plating on the starting thread end and the finished thread end of the VCM motor coil. In the invention, high automation tin plating can be realized; compared to an existing tin plating technology, production efficiency of the technology in the invention is high, tin plating quality of a product is good, a manual tin plating production process is not needed and the technology is easy to control, and safety of a manual tin plating protection operator can be guaranteed. |
