abstract | The invention provides a detection kit of lipocalin related to neutrophil gelatinase. The detection kit is characterized by comprising a reagent 1 and a reagent 2. The reagent 1 comprises 10-100mmol/L buffer solution, 0.1-1%w/v turbidity increasing agent and 0.01-0.05%w/v preservatives. The reagent 2 comprises 0.1-0.5%w/v sensitization latex particles marked with the antibodies of the lipocalin related to neutrophil gelatinase, 0.1-5%w/v stabilizing substances, 10-100mmol/L buffer solution and 0.01-0.05%w/v preservatives. The latex particles include latex particles of two different particle sizes, and the latex particles of two different particle sizes are mixed according to an appropriate proportion. The detection kit is high in sensitivity, wide in linear range, good in precision and applicable to a full-automatic biochemical analyzer. |
