abstract | The present invention relates to a kind of magnetic molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensors for detecting trace sulfadimidine.The magnetic molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor of sulfadimidine is prepared with dopamine autohemagglutination using the magnetic pole of magnetizing reduction graphene modified in the present invention.When olaquindox is in 10.0nM~200.0nM concentration ranges, electrochemical signals elevated-levels are in good linear relationship with sulfadimidine concentration, and method detection limit reaches 0.1nM.The sensor reaches 92.6%-101.7% for the actual sample detection rate of recovery, and the present invention improves sensitivity and the selectivity of sulfadimidine, the detection of trace sulfadimidine is easy to automate. |
