abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a Newcastle disease glycoprotein virus antigen and a product thereof. According to the invention, the F gene and HN gene of the newcastle disease virus are optimized according to the virus epidemic trend prediction. The invention further combines the antigen gene of the Newcastle disease virus glycoprotein, the optimized antigen gene or the serially connected optimized antigen gene to express in a silkworm bioreactor, and the expressed antigen or the prepared recombinant virus can provide effective immune protection for animals. The invention also provides a preparation method of the newcastle disease virus antigen gene presentation vector, which comprises the following steps: cloning the antigen optimized gene of newcastle disease virus or the serially connected optimized antigen gene combination into a baculovirus carrier controlled by a mammalian promoter, and recombining to obtain a gene presenting carrier controlled by the mammalian promoter; after entering the animal body by injection or oral administration, the antigen gene can be efficiently presented in the animal body, and the attack of the Newcastle disease virus can be effectively resisted. |
