abstract The invention relates to a technology for producing nifuratel. The technology includes the following steps that epoxy chloropropane is dissolved into dichloromethane, tetrabutylammonium bromide is added, a sodium methyl mercaptide water solution is dropwise added, the mixture is extracted and subjected to reduced-pressure distillation to obtain methylthio-propylene epoxide; the methylthio-propylene epoxide is dropwise added into hydrazine hydrate under the heating condition, the mixture is subjected to reduced-pressure distillation to obtain 3-methylthio-2-hydroxypropyl hydrazine; the 3-methylthio-2-hydroxypropyl hydrazine and diethyl carbonate are mixed, a sodium methylate-absolute ethyl alcohol solution is added, the mixture is subjected to a cyclization reaction under the reflux condition to be subjected to reduced-pressure distillation, absolute ethyl alcohol is added, a (3-amidogen-5-(methylthiomethyl)-2-oxazolidinone) absolute ethyl alcohol solution is obtained and then dropwise added into 5-nitro-2-furancarboxaldehyde, the mixture is stirred, reacted, filtered, washed with methyl alcohol and dried to obtain a nifuratel crude product; the nifuratel crude product is refined and dried to obtain the nifuratel. By means of the technology, raw materials are easy to obtain, cost is low, the yield is good, the reaction condition is mild, grasping is easy, and industrial production is convenient.
