titleOfInvention Low-cost treatment method for ammonia nitrogen in coking wastewater
abstract The invention relates to a method for removing ammonia nitrogen in coking wastewater, belonging to the technical field of wastewater treatment. In the method, biomass bone black is used as an electrode substrate; the surface of the substrate is coated with a composite oxide coating and then chemically plated with a heavy metal ion layer; after that, a self-made electro-catalyst anode material is obtained by high-temperature calcination; and the electro-catalyst anode material is combined with a copper cathode, and the two are assisted by sodium chloride and a surfactant to effectively degrade ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater. In the invention, the prepared electro-catalyst anode material has perfect catalytic activity; with assistant laccase and orange peel essential oil in the electrolyte, the concentration polarization of ion concentration in the surrounding solution is eliminated, and a redox reaction is generated to convert the ammonia nitrogen in the coking wastewater into nitrogen to be discharged; and thus, the problem of enormous energy consumption caused by high temperature and high pressure required by the traditional technology for treating ammonia nitrogen in the coking wastewater is solved, the shortcomings of high pressure and high energy consumption in the existing electrolysis technology are overcome, and secondary pollution is avoided.
