titleOfInvention Method for Determination of Verapamil Hydrochloride Content in Medicine Using Electrochemiluminescence Behavior of Composite Modifier-loaded Pyrolytic Graphite Electrode
abstract The invention relates to a method for determining the content of verapamil hydrochloride in medicine by using the electrochemiluminescence behavior of a pyrolytic graphite electrode loaded with a composite modifier, which uses TiO 2 sol and Silica sol to assist film-forming properties and good electrocatalytic properties of ZnO@Ag , prepared a composite modifier of TiO 2 sol / ZnO@Ag / Silica sol, and loaded bipyridyl ruthenium on the surface of pyrolytic graphite electrode through sensor modification technology, and prepared a stable and sensitive sensor for the determination of verapamil hydrochloride The high electrochemiluminescence sensor realizes the simple and rapid determination of verapamil hydrochloride. Under the optimal test conditions, verapamil hydrochloride has a linear relationship with the relative luminous intensity in the range of 1.0×10 ‑7 ~ 1.0×10 ‑4 mol/L ( R 2 =0.9731), and the detection limit ( S / N = 3) is 7.11× 10-9 mol/L. The method used in the determination of verapamil hydrochloride has high selectivity and sensitivity, and realizes the repeated use of bipyridyl ruthenium.
