titleOfInvention High selectivity fluorescence probe of nickel ion and preparation method thereof in a kind of detectable living cells mitochondria
abstract High selectivity fluorescence probe of nickel ion and preparation method thereof in a kind of detectable living cells mitochondria, the probe is the amine derivant of triphenylamine base containing pyridine radicals, in preparation method, using triphenylamine as initiation material, first prepare the (N of intermediate I 4, N diphenyl aminos) benzaldehyde and intermediate II para-nitrotoluene phosphonium salt, then 4 p-nitrophenyl vinyl triphenylamine intermediates are prepared by intermediate 1 and II, and then in Pd/C, hydrazine hydrate effect reduces down 4 obtained p-aminophenyl vinyl triphenylamines, then schiff bases is obtained by condensation reaction with 2 pyridine benzaldehydes, schiff bases reduces to obtain target product in the presence of sodium borohydride.Probe of the present invention has good single photon fluorescence property in 425nm or so.After HepG2 cells are dyed by target product, can be clearly observed organic material has high imaging capability, and the reversibly nickel ion in detection mitochondria to the mitochondria in HepG2 cell matter.Probe of the present invention is significant for the design, preparation and life science of organic dyestuff.
