titleOfInvention | Gaseous poor solvent induced forming preparation method of polyimide three-dimensional porous membrane |
abstract | The invention provides a gaseous poor solvent induced forming preparation method of a polyimide three-dimensional porous membrane, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: dissolving solid polyimide in a good solvent to obtain a polyimide solution, adding a poor solvent into the polyimide solution, and stirring and mixing to obtain a coating solution; and (3) defoaming the coating solution, coating, inducing the obtained polyimide film to form holes by using a gaseous poor solvent, washing with water, drying, stretching and shaping to obtain the polyimide three-dimensional porous film. The polyimide three-dimensional porous membrane prepared by the invention has the advantages of uniform pore forming on the surface and in the interior, adjustable pore diameter, air permeability and porosity and good heat resistance (can be used for a long time at the temperature of more than 300 ℃). |
