abstract The invention discloses a production method of a chemical reagent potassium chloride. The method comprises the following steps: (1) raw ore screening; (2) slurry mixing; (3) flotation; (4) low-sodium concentration and dehalogenation; (5) cold crystallization and crude potassium screening; (6) crude potassium concentration and dehalogenation; (7) washing and centrifugal dewatering; (8) secondary dissolution; (9) two-level filtration; (10) secondary crystallization; and (11) dewatering and separation. By adopting the technology disclosed by the invention, the recovery rate of potassium chloride is increased to more than or equal to 62%, the soluble impurities and insoluble matters in the crude potassium chloride with purity of 95% are effectively removed, and the purity of the potassium chloride product is increased to more than or equal to 99%. The technology disclosed by the invention can realize continuous operation, avoids environmental pollution and facilitates industrialization.
