abstract The invention discloses a compound sterilizing agent, and an application thereof in pleurotus ostreatus fermentation material cultivation. The compound sterilizing agent is composed of active components and auxiliary materials, wherein the active components include mepartricin and carbendazim, and the auxiliary materials include a dispersing agent, a thickening agent, a defoamer, and an anti-freeze agent. The compound sterilizing agent includes, by weight, 30-80% of the active components, 0.5-1.5% of the thickening agent, 1-6% of the dispersing agent, 0.5-4.5% of an anti-freeze agent, 0.5-1.5% of the defoamer and the balanced being water. The weight ratio of the mepartricin to the carbendazim is 1:1. The compound sterilizing agent is mainly used for preventing and treating various mould diseases during the pleurotus ostreatus fermentation material cultivation, and when the addition amount of the agent is 0.05-0.1% by dry weight of the cultivation material, an excellent effect can be achieved. The compound sterilizing agent has significant synergistic effects, is high-effective, low-cost and environment-friendly, and has excellent social and economical benefit.
