titleOfInvention Method for promoting increasing of yield of radishes
abstract The invention discloses a method for promoting increasing of the yield of radishes. With geniposide as a yield increasing agent, increasing of the photosynthetic rate and the chlorophyll content SPAD value of radish leaves can be effectively promoted, and increasing of the biomass of overground stems and leaves and underground tubers can be promoted. It is also found that an effective dose of geniposide has a more significant effect on accumulation of photosynthate in radish tubers and promotes significant increasing of the root-cap ratio of radishes, and thus increasing of the yield of radishes is better promoted. It is especially found that geniposide with a low concentration (25 mg/L) has a significant promoting effect on the growth of radishes while geniposide with a high concentration (100 mg/L) has no significant promoting effect on the growth of radishes.
