abstract |
A method for preparing flame-retardant and waterproof high-grammage cardboard, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) using two layers of 200g/m2 kraft cardboard, and two layers of 175? g/m 2 liner paper, in which two layers of liner paper are bonded by starch adhesive on a single tile machine to produce 400? g/m 2 composite paper, and then the composite paper and two layers of 200g/m 2 kraft cardboard are bonded by starch adhesive on the double-sided machine, and dried to 900? g/m 2 cardboard; (2) the above 900? The front and back sides of the g/ m2 cardboard are scraped and coated with flame-retardant coatings respectively, and then dried by the hot plate of the corrugated cardboard line to form a high-weight waterproof and flame-retardant cardboard. The entire high-grammage flame-retardant waterproof cardboard of the present invention is all completed on a corrugated cardboard production line. |
