titleOfInvention Extraction method for chenodeoxycholic acid
abstract The invention provides an extraction method for chenodeoxycholic acid, and relates to the field of biological engineering. Extraction methods for chenodeoxycholic acid in the prior art generally have the disadvantages of complex processes, large toxicity of used chemical substances, environmental pollution generation, low efficiency, etc. The method comprises the following steps: subjecting fresh or frozen poultry bile to saponification so as to obtain crude bile acid or crude bile acid calcium salt, then subjecting a crude bile acid ester solution and an organic nitrogen-containing compound A aqueous solution to co-heating so as to remove most of hydrophilic impurities in the crude bile acid by utilizing an organic nitrogen-containing compound A, then subjecting the obtained crude bile acid ester solution and an organic nitrogen-containing compound B to a reaction so as to obtain a precipitate, and carrying out steps like filtering, decolorizing and refining so as to obtain chenodeoxycholic acid with a purity of about 95%. The method is used for extracting chenodeoxycholic acid from the fresh or frozen poultry bile. The extraction method provided by the invention has the characteristics of simple and convenient operation, high generality of production equipment and low toxicity of used chemical substances, and is applicable to industrial production of chenodeoxycholic acid.
