The invention also discloses a preparation method of the inhibitor. The compound of general formula I of the present invention can be used as an indoleamine-2,3-dioxygenase inhibitor for the preparation of a drug for preventing and/or treating diseases mediated by indoleamine-2,3-dioxygenase drug.
