titleOfInvention | Preparation method for cement water-reducing agent |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method for a cement water-reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following synthetic process: adding raw materials, i.e., waste residues, sulfuric acid, formaldehyde, and ethylenediamine or urea into a reaction vessel capable of stirring, wherein a mol ratio of the waste residues to sulfuric acid to formaldehyde to ethylenediamine or urea is 1: (1.5-3.5): (0.6-1.1): (0.009-0.02), and carrying out sulfonation, hydrolyzation and sulfonation, condensation, neutralization, and recondensation so as to obtain the cement water-reducing agent. The preparation method provided by the invention utilizes the waste residues as raw materials, so the problems of high water-reducing agent synthesizing cost and pollution of industrial waste residues to the environment are solved; meanwhile, the synthetic process is improved, so product performances are improved; the synthesized water-reducing agent has the advantages of high water-reducing rate, less usage amount, large fluidity and good mixability; and mechanical property and durability of cement are improved. The water-reducing agent meets national standard GB8076-1997 of concrete admixtures. The cement water-reducing agent produced by using the method provided by the invention is applicable to concrete engineering like industrial and civil building, road engineering, water-power engineering, prefabricated parts and cement products. |
