The upsetting side machine tool body is provided with an upsetting head capable of achieving five-axis movement. Drilling and riveting between the aircraft panel and an inner framework can be achieved, the drilling precision meets the technical requirements for the hole site precision, perpendicularity, smoothness and the like, and the riveting quality meets the technical requirements for the riveting strength, the interference amount, the sealing performance and the like; the reaching ability and the passing ability of the aircraft panel are ensured; and the machining range is large, the automation degree is high, and the working efficiency is high.
