abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-sensitivity functionalized gold nanoparticle-doped felbamate MIECS (Molecular Imprinting Electrochemical Sensor). The preparation method is characterized by taking felbamate as a template molecule, aminotadalafil as a functional monomer, 3-[2-[4-(6-fluorine-1,2-benzisoxazole-3-methyl)-1-piperidyl]ethyl]-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-9-hydroxyl-2-methyl-4H-pyridino[1,2-a]pyrimidine-4-ketopalmitate as a crossing agent and octanethiol functionalized gold nanoparticles as a doping agent, thus preparing the high-sensitivity octanethiol functionalized gold nanoparticle-doped felbamate MIECS. An analysis method is simple and practical, and the disadvantages of complexity, expensive price of equipment and low sensitivity of a previous analysis method are overcome. |
