The hybridoma cell line YQQD8, the cell line YQQD8 was deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) on April 23, 2015, the deposit address is, Wuhan, China, Wuhan University, and the deposit number is CCTCC? NO.C201534, classified as hybridoma cell line YQQD8. The titer of YQQD8 mouse ascites antibody can reach 2.56×10 6 as measured by conventional non-competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The anti-capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin, and synthetic capsaicin general monoclonal antibodies produced by its secretion can better recognize capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin, and synthetic capsaicin. The 50% inhibitory concentration IC50 is 8.5ng/mL, 5.0ng/mL, and 13.5ng/mL in turn, and the cross-reactivity range of capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin, and synthetic capsaicin is 62.9%-170%; it can be applied to Quantitative determination of the total amount of capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin and synthetic capsaicin.
