The thermal insulation emulsion paint comprises, by weight, 80-100 parts of a vac-veova emulsion, 50-80 parts of a styrene-acrylic emulsion, 10-40 parts of polyethylene plastic hollow powder, 20-45 parts of hollow glass beads, 10-20 parts of butyl acetate, 5-8 parts of heat reflective heat insulation powder, 5-15 parts of asbestos, 5-8 parts of polyoxyethylene ether, 3-5 parts of titanium dioxide, 5-10 parts of mica powder, 1-5 parts of 6-tribromophenyl ester, 1-5 parts of methyl hexyl ketone peroxide, 2-3 parts of raw perlite, 1-4 parts of a binder, 1-3 parts of a curing agent, 1-6 parts of a penetrating agent, 2-3 parts of an antifoaming agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of a levelling agent, 1.5-2.5 parts of a film forming auxiliary agent, 1-2 parts of an anti-oxidant, 0.8-1.5 parts of a dispersant, 0.5-0.8 parts of a surfactant and 70-100 parts of water. The thermal insulation emulsion paint realizes thermal insulation and heat preservation effects through the hollow glass beads and heat reflective heat insulation powder and effectively improves a service life of the whole exterior wall insulation system.
