titleOfInvention Production technology of corn straw composite water absorbing resin slow release urea
abstract The invention discloses a production technology of corn straw composite water absorbing resin slow release urea. The technology comprises the steps of preparing low-formaldehyde and high-nitrogen carbamide, preparing a urea-formaldehyde resin-gypsum-bentonite slow release material, and preparing a coated slow release nitrogen fertilizer. A urea formaldehyde-gypsum-bentonite slow release material is adopted as an organic-inorganic composite binder, so the integral release speed of fertilizer particles is reduced to realize the slow release of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and sulfur nutrient elements; and compared with routine composite fertilizers, the corn straw composite water absorbing resin slow release urea prepared through reasonable ratio of a slow release nitrogen fertilizer (urea gypsum), a quick acting nitrogen fertilizer (ammonium sulfate), a phosphorus fertilizer and a potassium fertilizer has the advantages of matching with nutrient demands of crops, effective improvement of the utilization of fertilizes, and reduction of resource wastes of the fertilizers.
