titleOfInvention Novel medical biological material
abstract The invention discloses a novel medical biological material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80 to 200 parts of n butyl cyanoacrylate, 0.01 to 0.1 part of hydroquinone, 5 to 24 parts of aloe nanometer powder, 20 to 55 parts of soya bean protein powder, 10 to 44 parts of chitosan, and 1 to 5 parts of acetic acid. A preparation method comprises the followings steps of preparing a chitosan solution with the concentration of 20 to 40 percent through deionized water, adding the deionized water with the volume being 2 to 4 times of the chitosan solution, heating to be 40 to 60 DEG C, adding other components, uniformly mixing and stirring, and adjusting the solid content to meet the production requirement. According to the novel medical biological material provided by the invention, the aloe nanometer powder is added to improve the shock resistance of the novel medical biological material, and natural phytoextraction essence and ingredients enables the novel medical biological material to be easier to degrade; with the chitosan component, the bacteria suppression activity of the product is increased. The product provided by the invention is moderate in curing speed, high in adhesive strength, low in heat release during adhesion, good in adhesive thin film toughness, and small in skin irritation, and has high-strength quick adhesive effect on various wounds and surgical incisions, and no scars after curing.
