abstract | The invention discloses a production technology of carrot-peanut milk. The production technology comprises the following steps: blending, namely uniformly stirring carrot juice, peanut milk, white granulated sugar, sodium phosphate, composite stabilizer and compound emulsifier in a sandwich boiler and then opening the steam valve and maintaining the liquid level boiling for 2-3 minutes; homogenizing, namely homogenizing the blended mixed emulsion by a high-pressure homogenizer for 1 time, wherein the emulsion temperature during homogenization is 90-95 DEG C and the homogenization pressure is 1.6 plus 107 to 1.8 plus 107 pascals; filling, namely filling the emulsion into a glass bottle while the emulsion is hot; and sterilization-treating, namely sterilizing the bottled carrot-peanut milk by a high-pressure sterilization kettle. The carrot-peanut milk organically combines the carrot juice with the peanut milk, so that the carrot-peanut milk is rich in nutrition and unique in flavor. |
