A spinal implant includes an implant body extending between an anterior surface and a posterior surface and including a first vertebra engaging surface and a second vertebra engaging surface. The implant body includes an inner surface defining at least one cavity oriented to implant the fastener oblique relative to the lateral axis of the subject's body and adjacent to an intervertebral space of the subject's body. The implant body includes a beveled surface defining at least one opening configured to be substantially aligned with the at least one cavity. Systems and methods are disclosed. |
