abstract | The present invention provides a kind of methods for preparing function cotton fabric using bivalent nickel ion complexing phytic acid, and this method comprises the following steps:(1)Bivalent nickel ion salt is dissolved in 50mL water, cotton is added in, stirs 30min under 60oC, take out and dry;(2)The cotton of above-mentioned processing is placed in phytic acid aqueous solution, 45min is stirred under 80oC;(3)0 5oC is cooled to, adds in aniline;(4)Ammonium persulfate aqueous solution is slowly added dropwise, 30min is stood after dripping off;(5)Treated cotton fabric is taken out, washes, dry.This technology of preparing is using bivalent nickel ion as phytic acid adsorbent, and phytic acid is enriched in cotton fiber surface, cotton fabric is made to have conductive and flame retardant property on cotton fiber surface aniline in-situ polymerization based on this;Bivalent nickel ion is combined the flocculation technique of phytic acid with polyaniline in-situ chemical synthetic technology, increases the washability of phytic acid, improves cotton fabric conduction, fire-retardant stability and persistence. |
