abstract The invention provides high air and moisture permeable solvent-free two-component polyurethane resin and a synthesis process thereof, and relates to the field of polyurethane. The raw material comprises a component A and a component B, the component A comprises 180-220 parts of neopentyl glycol polyester polyol, 180-220 parts of polyether polyol PD-35, 45-60 parts of polyether polyol PS-30, 10-20 parts of polycaprolactone polyol, 50 parts of ethanediol, 7-8 parts of silicone oil auxiliaries and 1-3 parts of organic amine thermosensitive delay catalysts, and the component B comprises 380-430 parts of polyether polyol PD-35, 450-550 parts of 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 0.5-1 part of antioxidant and 95-110 parts of polyurethane-modified MDI; the component A and the component B are mixed at the the weight ratio of 1 to (0.6-0.7), and the product is obtained. The high air and moisture permeable solvent-free two-component polyurethane resin and the synthesis process thereof have the advantages that the process is simple, and the product is high in air permeability and moisture permeability.
