titleOfInvention Preparation method of composite photodiffusant
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a composite photodiffusant, belonging to the technical field of photodiffusant preparation. The method comprises the following steps: extracting a photodiffusivity enhancing substance and a stabilizer for stabilizing the substance from Haworthia cooperi leaves, adding fluorite and pyrauxite, calcining, pulverizing into particles, thoroughly mixing the particles with butyl acrylate, methacrylate and other substances, and reacting to obtain the composite photodiffusant. The preparation method is simple, and the diffusion efficiency of the obtained product is more than 12% higher than that of the product obtained by any other method. The composite photodiffusant has the advantages of favorable compatibility with the matrix resin and dispersity in the matrix resin, favorable water-repellancy and hydrophobicity, favorable heat resistance, balanced light transmittance and dodging property, and high brightness. The light refractive index is enhanced by 0.2-0.4.
