The invention provides an organic photovoltaic cell, comprising a first electrode layer formed on a substrate, metal nanoparticles bonded on the surface of the first electrode layer, and a hole transport layer formed on the metal nanoparticles together with the metal nanoparticles The nano concave-convex structure is formed on the photosensitive layer on the hole transport layer and the second electrode layer is formed on the photosensitive layer. The surface plasmon effect is enhanced due to the nano-concave-convex structure, thereby increasing the photocurrent. The photosensitive layer has a non-flat structure. Compared with the flat structure, the non-flat structure enables the photosensitive layer to absorb a large amount of light and improves the photovoltaic efficiency of the organic photovoltaic cell. In addition, the nano-concave-convex structure can be formed by a simplified dry aerosol setup without complicated exposure or transfer process, which has a significant improvement in economic benefits. |
