abstract | The present application relates to a conductive object and a method for providing the conductive object. The conductive objects are prepared to have conductive metal grids and conductive metal connectors (bus lines) on one or both support sides of the transparent substrate. The conductive metal connector is designed to have one metal main conductor including two or more adjacent metal micro conductors in a bundled style. Such bundle patterns and metal microwires are designed with specific dimensions and configurations to provide optimal fidelity (or correspondence) with the mask images used to provide such patterns. The conductive articles can be prepared using various fabrication techniques and can be used as part of various electronic devices including touch screen devices. The conductive metal grids and connectors can be fabricated and designed using various techniques that can be adapted to obtain very fine lines in a predetermined pattern. |
