The invention uses the transverse flow test strip to carry out visual qualitative detection on the RPA nucleic acid amplification product, the whole reaction is carried out under the constant temperature condition of 38 ℃, the strip on the test strip can be observed by naked eyes within 5-20 minutes, the result is interpreted, and no special detection instrument is needed in the detection process. The kit has the characteristics of high sensitivity, strong specificity, simple and convenient operation, quick reaction, portable instruments and equipment and the like, and is very suitable for being applied to the bedside quick diagnosis and epidemic prevention and control of adenovirus.
