titleOfInvention | A kind of enzymatic hydrolysis treatment method of seaweed |
abstract | The invention provides an enzymatic hydrolysis treatment method of seaweed, which includes the steps of material preparation, pretreatment, enzyme treatment and centrifugation. The enzyme treatment step: the adopted enzyme is a composite enzyme, and the composite enzyme includes protease, cellulase and pectinase, and the mass ratio is 3:1:2. The protease is any one of papain, bromelain, carboxypeptidase and chymopapain. The cellulase is any one of exo-glucanase, endo-glucanase, β-glucosidase and cellobiase. The pectinase is any one of protopectinase, lyase and polygalacturonase. By adopting the seaweed enzymolysis treatment method of the present invention, the extraction rate of sodium alginate is 38.0-50.9%; the extraction rate of trehalose gum is 7.5-11.8%. |
