titleOfInvention Brucea javanica oil floating type gastric stasis microspheres and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to the field of medicinal preparations, in particular to brucea javanica oil floating type gastric retention microspheres, which are prepared by reacting brucea javanica oil water dispersion solution with cross-linking solution, wherein the brucea javanica oil water dispersion solution comprises the following components in percentage by mass and volume based on 100mL of the brucea javanica oil water dispersion solution: 2 to 20 percent of oleum fructus bruceae; 1-10% of slow release framework material, wherein the slow release framework material is selected from one or more of hydrophilic gel material and polysaccharide high polymer material; 0.1-8% of pore-foaming agent, wherein the pore-foaming agent is selected from one or more of carbonates, chitosan and carrageenan; the crosslinking solution is a divalent cationic acid solution with the concentration of 0.05-5 mol/L, and the pH value of the divalent cationic acid solution is 0.5-1.5. The microsphere of the invention can continuously release the medicine at the affected part, so that the absorption time of the medicine is prolonged, the absorption amount is increased, and the side effect is reduced.
