titleOfInvention | Freshwater shrimp feed additive and production method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a freshwater shrimp feed additive and a production method thereof, and aims to provide the feed additive which is reasonable in component preparation, convenient to process, low in cost and high in decomposition speed. The decomposition speed of the feed additive coordinates with the utilization speed of the feed additive, so that ammonia poisoning caused by accumulated ammonia in blood is avoided, and besides, the defect of poor palatability of a conventional feed is overcome. The freshwater shrimp feed additive is prepared from the following components of calcium carbonate, fish meal, corn starch and a coating material. The preparation technology comprises the following steps of uniformly dispersing the raw materials in a coating material solution, and performing grinding to obtain an emulsion; and drying the emulsion in a drier to obtain microspheres, wherein the microspheres are used as the feed additive and can also be prepared into powder or granules, tablets and capsules; the feed additive is suitable for aquatic organisms such as freshwater shrimps, lobsters and the like. |
