abstract The invention discloses a method for reducing the accumulation of cadmium in honeysuckle and increasing its yield by using Glomus mosei. The method utilizes the symbiotic cultivation of Glomus mosei and honeysuckle. Specifically, first use the host plant to propagate and cultivate Glomus mosesi, and then harvest the mixture containing the root segment of the host plant, fungal hyphae, mycorrhizal fungal spores and cultivation soil, which is the fungal agent of Glomus moses; Inoculate the mold agent of Moses' balloon into the cultivation medium for the cultivation of honeysuckle. Using this method, it can not only promote the growth of honeysuckle and increase the yield; more importantly, it can reduce the cadmium concentration in the aerial parts (stems, leaves and flowers) and underground parts (roots) of honeysuckle. The invention provides a way for the safe production of honeysuckle in cadmium-polluted soil, has important significance for the production and application of honeysuckle, and the method has good effect, no secondary pollution and low cost. At the same time, it also provides a new idea and direction for the development and utilization of Glomus mosei.
