titleOfInvention A method for separating tantalum and niobium from red mud by using ultrasonic waves
abstract The invention discloses a method for separating tantalum and niobium from red mud by using ultrasonic waves. The method comprises: taking red mud as a preliminary raw material to obtain a diluted tantalum and niobium solution after pretreatment; taking the diluted tantalum and niobium solution as a liquid phase , 2-octanol is the organic phase, and the niobium and tantalum are separated and extracted by ultrasonic waves. The invention effectively improves the sorting conditions of tantalum and niobium minerals in the fine-grained ore slime. Second, it can effectively disperse and flocculate the fine ore slime mainly composed of gangue minerals. The amount of agent and flocculant is extremely small, which is beneficial to environmental protection, and at the same time, the economic and technical benefits are obvious. The present invention realizes the recovery of tantalum-niobium concentrate, and further realizes the enrichment of precious metal tantalum-niobium in red mud through acidolysis and ultrasonic treatment. Set; realized the separation and extraction of tantalum and niobium.
