titleOfInvention A Ketoreductase and Its Application in Asymmetric Synthesis of Chiral Hydroxyl Compounds
abstract The invention provides a ketoreductase with high catalytic activity, strong enantioselectivity, and good substrate tolerance, and an enzyme that uses the ketoreductase to catalyze the synthesis of (R)-HPBE, and then further synthesize pril drugs - chemical synthesis method. Also provided are the nucleic acid sequence encoding the ketoreductase, the recombinant expression vector containing the nucleic acid sequence, the recombinant expression transformant and the preparation method of the ketoreductase, and the use of the ketoreductase in catalyzing the asymmetric reduction of carbonyl substrates . Compared with other asymmetric reduction preparation methods, the product prepared by the method of the present invention has high concentration, and has the advantages of high product optical purity, mild reaction conditions, environmental friendliness, simple operation and easy industrial scale-up.
