| abstract | The invention provides a modified toughened polystyrene material which comprises polystyrene, antioxidant masterbatch and auxiliaries, wherein the polystyrene is linear polystyrene; the antioxidant masterbatch is polystyrene masterbatch and comprises modified polypropylene, nano-montmorillonite and a reinforced modifier; and the auxiliaries include a dispersing agent, a plasticizer, a toughening agent and an adhesive. The modified toughened polystyrene material provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: since the toughening agent is added into polystyrene in the formula, the polystyrene material can become flexible and is not easily broken, and mechanical strength of the polystyrene material is enhanced; with the dispersing agent, the gloss of the polystyrene material is improved; and due to the adhesive, the viscosity of the polystyrene material can be enhanced so that the polystyrene material can be conveniently bonded with other products. |
