titleOfInvention Method for culturing earthworms for infusing fructus lycii, salvia miltiorrhiza and earthworm wine and application of earthworms
abstract The invention provides a method for culturing earthworms for infusing fructus lycii, salvia miltiorrhiza and earthworm wine and application of the earthworms. The method for culturing the earthworms comprises the steps of separately preparing fructus lycii powder, salvia miltiorrhiza powder and fermented wheat bran for culturing the earthworms, and removing internal dirt from the earthworms, thereby obtaining a purified product. A method for infusing the fructus lycii, salvia miltiorrhiza and earthworm wine comprises the step of infusing the purified product with 60-degree pure-grain liquor. The weight percent of earthworm protein in the fructus lycii, salvia miltiorrhiza and earthworm wine is 25.5% to 27.6%. By adopting fructus lycii and salvia miltiorrhiza to feed the earthworms as auxiliaries and then infusing the earthworms, the disadvantage that earthworm wine produced by adopting the conventional infusing methods has a rich offensive smell and is poor in taste is effectively eliminated, and the mind of medicine taking contradiction of patients is lowered. Already-crushed fructus lycii and salvia miltiorrhiza are added in stages during culturing, then, the earthworms gain the capacity for gradually accommodating to mixed feedstuff, the phenomenon of anorexia of the earthworms is eliminated, the cultured earthworms are big and fleshy in physical constitution, the culture cycle is short, and the protein content of the earthworms is high.
