titleOfInvention Determination method of biochemical characteristic map of microorganism carrier for sewage treatment
abstract The invention discloses a determination method of a biochemical characteristic map of a microorganism carrier for sewage treatment, and belongs to the field of sewage treatment technology. The method employs SBBR technology, biofilm culturing is synchronously carried out for three sets of parallel reactors or more, operation is stably carried out at the same initial influent substrate concentration, and mean values of effluent COD, ammonia nitrogen and other indices as well as biophase change are taken; influent substrate concentration is changed sequentially with repeat operation for detection; the influent substrate concentration is used as abscissa, the effluent COD and the ammonia nitrogen mean value are used as ordinates, an influent and effluent concentration change scatter diagram of the tested carrier is drafted, and a set of fitting curves is obtained; sewage types are changed, and a set of curves of other sewage types is obtained by repeating the operation; the biochemical characteristic map of the microorganism carrier for sewage treatment is formed by composing the curves on one coordinate system. The map provides a quantitive basis for carrier type selection and volume load calculation in sewage treatment engineering, and indicates a direction for development of novel carriers.
