titleOfInvention Preparation method of luminescence precursor, use of luminescence precursor in iron ion detection and iron ion detection method
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of a luminescence precursor, a use of the luminescence precursor in iron ion detection and an iron ion detection method. The preparation method of the luminescence precursor comprises that an ether group-functionalized acidic ionic liquid and a carbohydrate compound undergo a carbonization reaction to produce the luminescence precursor. The iron ion detection method comprises that a small amount of the luminescence precursor is taken and diluted, the diluted luminescence precursor respectively reacts with iron ion aqueous solutions with different concentrations and an iron ion fluorescence quenching linear curve is determined. Compared with the traditional method, the iron ion waste water detection method is free of dangerous substances with large toxicity, produces small environmental pollution and has a low cost. The iron ion detection method is free of carbon nanometer particle separation, can directly preserve carbon nanometer particles for analysis, is free of a pH buffer solution in detection and improves detection efficiency. The iron ion detection method can be directly used for high-concentration iron ion waste water detection and can also be used for detecting low-concentration iron ions through luminescence precursor concentration.
