titleOfInvention | Hydrogen-philic bacterium and application thereof in prevention and treatment of wheat powdery mildew |
abstract | The invention discloses a hydrogenophilic bacterium (a) separated from soil and having antagonistic action on erysiphe graminis Hydrogenophaga sp. ) BB-E. The preservation number is CGMCC NO. 9374. The strain BB-B can antagonize erysiphe graminis, and detection and analysis show that the strain BB-B can produce protease, chitinase, cellulase and biosurfactant. The wheat in-vitro leaf segment control effect experiment shows that after the fermentation liquor with the concentration of 50.0% is treated, the disease index of wheat powdery mildew is 23.4%, and compared with the disease index of a control group of 95.1%, the disease prevention effect reaches 75.4%. Has good control effect and can enhance the powdery mildew resistance of wheat. |
