abstract | The invention discloses a polyethyleneimine-sodium alginate/silicon dioxide ultra-thin hybrid film. The thickness of the ultra-thin hybrid film is 80-370nm. The preparation process includes: hydrolysis of polyacrylonitrile ultrafiltration membrane; preparation of polyethyleneimine solution and sodium alginate sodium silicate solution, and adjusting pH with HCl; alternate assembly of polyethyleneimine solution and sodium alginate sodium silicate solution. The preparation conditions of the ultra-thin hybrid membrane of the present invention are mild and environmentally friendly, and the prepared membrane material is used for dehydration of a pervaporation ethanol/water mixed system, and has better permeation flux and separation factor. |
