The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing dried fructus rhodomyrti fruits; (2) selecting materials and grinding; (3) pouring distilled spirit according to the weight ratio, adding rock candies in a corresponding ratio, uniformly stirring, covering the cap of a jar, and stirring once every 3 days; and (4) standing for 45 days, taking out the liquor, filtering and bottling. The fructus rhodomyrti liquor is rich in phenols and tannin, has the effects of treating chronic dysentery, rheumatism and hepatitis, lowering blood lipid, dispelling wind, activating collaterals, nourishing liver and kidneys, tonifying and homogenizing blood, resisting cancer, relieving and preventing senescence and enhancing immunity, has simple preparation steps and short preparation cycle, and is suitable for large-scale production.
