abstract The invention relates to the technical field of health-care food, in particular to a spirulina composition and a preparation thereof. The spirulina composition comprises spirulina and disintegration-promoting adjuvants; the disintegration-promoting auxiliary material is one or a mixture of more than two of organic acid, electrolyte or liquid auxiliary material. The spirulina composition is prepared by introducing the auxiliary material for reducing the viscosity of the spirulina composition and introducing a small amount of liquid auxiliary material to promote disintegration, and the spirulina composition is directly mixed with the spirulina powder to prepare the high-content spirulina tablet, wherein the disintegration time of the spirulina tablet is obviously shortened and can even reach 10 min.
