titleOfInvention | Fluorescent probe based on oligodeoxynucleotide chain-sensitized europium ions, ferric iron ion detection method with fluorescent probe, and application of fluorescent probe |
abstract | The invention provides a fluorescent probe based on oligodeoxynucleotide chain-sensitized europium ions, a ferric iron ion detection method with the fluorescent probe, and the application of the fluorescent probe. Oligo DNA containing 20 thymus deoxyribonucleotides and the europium ions are added in a buffer solution; after the europium ions are completely sensitized and are stable, a fluorescent probe system is formed, then a sample to be measured is added, and the concentration of ferric iron ions is measured by a time resolution fluorescence analysis method. A common detection mode at present is changed, complex earlier stage processing on the sample is not needed, testing object loss is avoided, expensive instruments are not needed, and the cost is reduced. The detection method has the advantages of quick response, high sensitivity, good selectivity, good biocompatibility and the like, is practical and effective, and has wide application prospect, and real time property and moderateness are realized. |
