The present invention relates to a delayed fluorescence compound and an organic light-emitting diode and a display device using the compound. The delayed fluorescence compound of the present invention is shown in the following formula 1, wherein, n is 1 or 0, A is selected from the following formula 2, D is selected from the following formula 3, L 1 and L 2 are each independently selected from the following formula 4, wherein, the formula R in 2 is selected from hydrogen or phenyl, X, Y and Z are each independently selected from carbon and nitrogen, and at least two of X, Y and Z are nitrogen, R in formula 4 is selected from hydrogen or C1~C10 alkyl. |
