titleOfInvention Reagent for detecting content of ammonia in dyeing wastewater
abstract The invention discloses a reagent for detecting the content of ammonia in dyeing wastewater. The reagent is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of anhydrous ethanol, 20-30 parts of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 15-20 parts of methylene blue, 12-15 parts of 3-nitrosalicylic acid, 6-8 parts of inorganic salt, 4-6 parts of diammonium phosphate, 5-7 parts of 3-nitrosalicylic acid, 16-18 parts of a TRIS buffer solution, 3-5 parts of isocyanate, 2-4 parts of EDTA, 1-3 parts of 3-nitrosalicylic acid and 2-4 parts of a stabilizer. Through the synergistic effect of the TRIS buffer solution, the inorganic salt and the methylene blue, the detection of the content of ammonia in the dyeing wastewater is very sensitive, the content of ammonia in the dyeing wastewater can be detected out within 0.5 min, whether the content of ammonia nitrogen in industrial wastewater exceeds standard or not can be quickly detected, the use is simple, convenient and fast, a requirement on quick and high-flux detection of the content of ammonia in a sample can be met, the detection efficiency is remarkably improved, the operation is simple and convenient, and the reagent can be popularized and applied in a wide range.
