titleOfInvention Printing and dyeing method of printed cotton cloth
abstract The invention discloses a printing and dyeing method of printed cotton cloth. The method comprises the following steps: (1) contraction treatment: soaking printed cotton cloth in an alkaline solution for 10 to 45 minutes so as to contract printed cotton cloth; (2) washing and level dyeing: washing the printed cotton cloth, which has been processed in the step (1), by clean water, and then soaking cleaned printed cotton cloth in a solution containing a leveling agent for 15 to 20 minutes; (3) reduction dyeing: adding an alkali resistant reductive dye into the solution in the step (2), heating the solution, and adding a reductant into the solution in batches; (4) oxidative washing: taking out the cotton cloth, and soaking and washing the cotton cloth in water containing an oxidant; (5) performing secondary water washing; (6) dehydrating the cotton cloth. The provided method enables the patterns to have a three dimensional feeling and improves the hand feeling and quality of printed cotton cloth.
