titleOfInvention Method for production of paint from waste
abstract The invention relates to a method for production of paint from waste. The method includes: by weight, adding 10-20% of waste polyester bottle, 20-30% of gutter oil, 15-25% of waste polyester powder, 30-50% of solvent oil and 5-10% of an additive into a reaction kettle at one time, performing heating to 260-300DEG C, conducting heat preservation for 2h, when the detected viscosity is 15-25 seconds and the pH value is 6-10, discharging the mixture out of the reaction kettle, then according to a ratio of 1:0.5-3, performing dilution with national standard 200# solvent oil and conducting filtering, then storing the material in a storage tank for standby use, thus obtaining a semi-finished product; in the storage tank, according to a weight ratio, mixing 40-60% of the semi-finished product, 20-30% of barium sulfate, 1-10% of light calcium carbonate, 1-5% of dye, and 1-5% of solvent oil, stirring the substances evenly, then injecting the mixture into a sand mill by a gear pump to perform grinding to a fineness of less than 30 micrometer, and then conducting packaging. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple processing, easily available materials, and turning of waste into treasure, thus having significant environmental value.
