titleOfInvention Graphene-coated galvanized anticorrosive paint and preparation method
abstract The invention discloses graphene-coated galvanized anticorrosive paint and a preparation method. The graphene-coated galvanized anticorrosive paint is prepared from, by weight, 0.05-0.06 part of absolute ethyl alcohol, 1.45-1.50 parts of xylene solvent, 0.16-0.5 part of organobentonite, 3.6-7.6 parts of cyclohexanone solvent, 3.6-7.6 parts of butyl cellosolve solvent, 0.24-0.26 part of an anti-settling agent, 55-76 parts of zinc powder, 0.15-0.22 part of graphene slurry, 15-25 parts of epoxy resin and 0.12-0.15 part of a defoaming agent and a levelling agent. According to the graphene-coated galvanized anticorrosive paint and the preparation method, graphene is mainly adopted, the better oxidation resistance and the excellent corrosion resistance are achieved, and the service life of equipment and buildings which are made of steel materials can be prolonged; meanwhile, the advantage of being better in adhesive force, ageing resistance and waterproofness is achieved.
